About Amp

Amp: Tesla Costs & Mileage Log (“Amp”) is provided by TIT, the Netherlands. By using Amp you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA) also applies, in addition to these terms; where the two differ, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Independence and Trademarks

Amp is an independent app that uses Tesla’s official Fleet API. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Tesla, Inc. “Tesla” and related names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. and are used only to describe compatibility.

Your Account and Your Car

  • Use Amp only with Tesla accounts and cars you are allowed to use. Car owners decide who may access their car in the Tesla app.
  • You are responsible for the commands you send, such as unlocking, opening the trunk or frunk, venting windows or turning off Sentry Mode. Check that it is safe and appropriate before you send them.
  • Remote commands can fail or arrive late, for example when the car has no connection. Don’t rely on Amp for anything safety-critical.

Subscriptions

  • Live status and controls, alerts, automations, widgets and the charging Live Activity need Amp Pro, an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
  • New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. If you don’t cancel during the trial, the subscription starts automatically at the end of it.
  • Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or from Amp: Settings → Manage Subscription). Deleting your Amp account does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country and change over time. A price change applies from a following period, as Apple notifies you.
  • One subscription covers every Amp user of the cars linked to your account (for example an owner and their drivers).
  • After a subscription ends, your drive, charging and battery history stays viewable; live data and controls stop until you subscribe again.
  • Guest mode with the demo car is free and needs no account.

Availability

Amp depends on Tesla’s systems and on our server. Tesla can change or limit its API at any time, which may affect features. We aim to keep Amp running smoothly but can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

Information Accuracy

Status, ranges, energy use, costs, trip logs and technical details are derived from data your car reports and from estimates. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check trip logs before using them for tax or reimbursement purposes.

Liability

Amp is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, Amp. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Ending Use

You can stop using Amp and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

Governing Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
