By downloading, installing, or using Mosey: Commute Traffic Alarm (“Mosey”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Mosey is a commute planning app that monitors real-time traffic conditions and sends you departure alerts. The app provides estimated travel times and suggested departure times based on third-party traffic data. These are estimates only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed arrival times.

Traffic conditions are inherently unpredictable. Mosey relies on third-party services (Apple Maps, OpenWeatherMap) for traffic and weather data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. You are solely responsible for your travel decisions.

Mosey offers optional one-time support purchases. All features are free; purchases are voluntary contributions to Mosey’s development.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Purchases are non-consumable and yours to keep permanently.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with the server infrastructure, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Mosey and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosey and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed departures, late arrivals, or any decisions made based on the app’s estimates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Mosey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
